Before you book

What does "magnets" mean?

Length is measured against a sizing card. Short is 0–1 magnet, medium is 2–3, and long is 4–7. Not sure what you want? Send a picture and Naledi will tell you which length it is.

What's a foreign refill or soak off?

That's a set done by another tech. It takes longer to assess and rebalance, so it's priced a little higher.

Gel-X, acrylic or polygel: which is best for me?

Gel-X is lightest and quickest. Acrylic is strongest for long, dramatic shapes. Polygel sits in between. You'll get honest advice at your consultation.

Is the deposit extra?

No. The R100 deposit comes off your total on the day. It's non-refundable because that time is reserved only for you.
