Booking appointments
A non-refundable R100 deposit secures your appointment.
- Your booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit reflects.
- The deposit is non-refundable, because that time is held only for you.
Arriving on time
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- You have a 15-minute grace period.
- After that, there's a R50 late fee, or we reschedule so your set still gets the time it needs.
Your consultation
Every appointment opens with a short consultation about shape, length, design and how you live with your nails.
- Honest advice based on your nail health, so your set lasts and your natural nails stay strong.
During your service
Every set is finished for neatness, detail and longevity.
- Speak up during your service at any time. Adjustments are made there and then, before you leave.
Hygiene and cleanliness
Strict hygiene practices are followed at every appointment.
- The studio is kept clean, calm and welcoming for every client.
Corrections and replacements
If anything isn't right, it gets fixed on the spot. If a nail lifts or pops within 7 days, it's replaced free.
- After 7 days, replacements are R20 per nail.
- Refills are for sets with two or fewer missing nails. Beyond that, each missing nail is R20.
Cancellations and no-shows
Give 24 hours' notice and you can move your appointment with no penalty.
- Cancelling late or missing an appointment forfeits the deposit.
- After repeated no-shows, future bookings are paid in full upfront.
Aftercare
You'll leave with simple aftercare steps that keep your nails looking fresh for weeks.
- Following them is what keeps your set looking its best. Damage from skipped aftercare isn't covered by the 7-day fix.
Respect in the studio
Maintained Beauty is a peaceful home studio made for comfort and relaxation.
- Kind communication goes both ways.
- Service may be declined to protect the calm of the studio for every client.
Referral rewards
Refer a friend and get R50 off your next appointment once her booking is done.
- One reward per successful referral. It can't be combined with other offers.
